WEIGHTS ROOM

The weights room at Unipol contains a vast array of heavy things that can be picked up, put down, pushed and pulled.

This includes:

• Hammer Strength Machine Weights
• Olympic Free Weights
• Swiss ball and stretch area

Weight training programmes are available from our instructors for just $14.

All machines include usage and saftey descriptions.
