WEIGHTS ROOM

The weights rooms at Unipol contains a vast array of light to heavy things that can be picked up, put down, pushed and pulled.

This includes:

Hammer Strength Resistance Machines

Olympic Free Weights

Swiss Ball

Stretch Area

Fitness Programmes are available. These must be booked and paid for in advance at reception. The cost is $15.50.

All machines include usage and saftey descriptions.
