Unipol Recreation Centre provides Fitness For Fun classes that stimulate the mind as well as the body giving participants a complete workout in an enjoyable, friendly and relaxed environment.Instructors take a variety of funky moves and set them to groovy music which motivates and ensures a great time. To enrol come down to Unipol Recreation Centre. You must present your 2013 OU, OPSA or OLC I.D. card when enrolling. No refunds will be given at any time during the year.

Unipol memberships are avaliable to commercial and staff members. These memberships include entry to all fitness classes.
