Unipol Recreation Centre provides Fitness For Fun classes that stimulate the mind as well as the body giving participants a complete workout in an enjoyable, friendly and relaxed environment.

Instructors take a variety of funky moves and set them to groovy music which motivates and ensures a great time. Whatever you want to achieve the instructors are there to help you do it! So get down to Unipol Recreation Centre now!

BECOME A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR!

So you go to Unipol Recreation centre's group fitness classes and really enjoy them. Why not get paid for doing them?

Learn the basic principals of how to teach cardio, core, martial, pump and step ina two day training course. A fun, bubbly personality and love of funky beats is a prerequisite. Successful completion of this course may lead to employment at Unipol Recreation centre

• Dates: Saturday 31st July and Sunday 1st August
• Times: 9am - 4pm (approximately)
• Cost: $35.00 (Fitness for Fun members), $85.00(Non members includes a second semester membership)

To enrol come down to Unipol Recreation Centre. Students - you must present your current OU, OPSA, DCE or OLC I.D. card when enrolling. Commercial and Staff recreation passes are also available.*No refunds will be given at any time during the year.
